Thereafter, I can do much of the house searching for you, making sure that you do not waste time looking at places that will not work for you.

Once we have found a house that you love, I will write the offer for you, schedule inspections, and conduct all negotiations with the sellers. My constant goal up to close of escrow is to make the process as easy and painless for you as possible.
